Introduced in 2015, the Reference 5370P marked the return of a traditionally constructed split seconds chronograph to Patek Philippe's contemporary collection. Reserved for the manufacture's most prestigious creations, the black enamel dial is complemented by applied white gold Breguet numerals and a classic railway minute track, combining exceptional legibility with timeless elegance.

At its heart is the manually wound calibre CHR 29-535 PS, a highly sophisticated split seconds chronograph movement comprising hundreds of components and incorporating two column wheels, one governing the chronograph and the other the split seconds mechanism. Widely regarded as one of the finest modern interpretations of the rattrapante chronograph, the Reference 5370P exemplifies Patek Philippe's mastery of traditional haute horlogerie and remains one of the manufacture's most desirable contemporary complications.
