Decorated with three grey mother-of-pearl stars, a white mother-of-pearl quatrefoil and heart, three turquoise butterflies and three lapis lazuli quatrefoils, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 790mm, signed VCA, numbered, with French assay and maker's marks.
