100% Syrah. Matured in new and (mainly) used oak casks and large old oak. Gloriously complex, multi-layered bouquet of spices, blackberries and smoky roses.  Scented cinnamon.  Heavenly, heathery fruit.  So ripe, so exquisitely made.  So balanced.  Great wine.  Serena Sutcliffe, MW
