Cabernet Sauvignon 72% in this vintage. In 2024, with rare beef, pak choi, wild mushrooms and a smidgen of black garlic butter....A bouquet of deep, concentrated, black fruit, so vivid and ebullient.  Stunningly rich on the palate, all the tannin enveloped and enrobed in velvety, sweet succulence.  This renders one (almost) speechless, except to say there is a long, Lafite finish that is both exquisite and inimitable.  As smooth as slipstream!  Do not miss this.
