Cabernet Sauvignon 45%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Franc 25%. 34% of production. A nose of wine gums, so beloved of English children (in the past!). Great clarity on the palate. Terrific roasting coffee taste, plus bilberries. Quite tannic at the end. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
