93% Cabernet Sauvignon plus Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Wonderful weather conditions produced this Gift from God wine. In 2014, a glorious peppermint, tarragon and liquorice nose. Layered liquorice on the palate, with beautiful ripe tannins and total balance. Very sweet and silky. Went perfectly with a chicken and mushroom casserole, with a touch of ras el hanout which complemented the spicy elements in the wine. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
