Description

Springbank 29 Year Old Cask Owner’s Private Bottling 45.9 abv 1995


One lot comprising three bottles of Springbank from a private refill sherry cask, distilled in 1995, bottled in 2024, only 243 bottles ever produced in 750ml format for America and 24 bottles produced in 700ml format for the UK. This lot contains US bottlings imported to Westlake Village, CA by Pacific Edge Imports.


Included in the images for this lot is a copy of the original stock certificate letter from Springbank Distillery to the owner mentioning that the cask would be stored for 10 years. The original owner of this cask supplied Sotheby's with detailed invoices for further storage and for bottling, which eventually took place in September 2024 at which point this whisky was 29 Years Old
