Description

Parker's Heritage Collection Mixed Case NV

Parker's Heritage Collection 5th Edition 10 Year Old 100 Proof

2011 Release, Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in House of Frapin Cognac Limousin casks, back label very slightly nicked at bottom left, includes original neck tag

The fifth release in the Parker's Heritage Collection was a joint effort between Parker Beam and the famed Alain Royer, both 6th generation distillers. Royer was instrumental in the creation of the Lafite Rothschild Cognac & Armagnac, and is the founder of A. de Fussigny Cognac.

Parker's Heritage Collection 6th Edition "Blend of Mashbills" 11 Year Old 137.9 Proof

Distilled in 2001, bottled in 2012, second highest abv in the four bottle set, includes neck tag

The sixth release in the the Parker's Heritage Collection consists of four bottlings released at varying proofs and made from a blend of 11 year old wheated bourbon & 11 year old traditional mashbill bourbon.

Parkers Heritage Collection 7th Edition "Promise of Hope" 10 Year Old 96 Proof

2013 Release, Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon, bottle code: L1583, includes original neck tag

The seventh release in the Parker's Heritage Collection is the first single barrel in the famed annual release, with 100 single barrels in total being personally selected by Parker Beam. Produced to promote awareness of ALS, a disease which Master Distiller Beam ailed from, these single barrels were selected by Beam before he passed to showcase his personal preferences in bourbon.

Parker's Heritage Collection 8th Edition 13 Year Old Wheat Whiskey 126.8 Proof

Distilled in 2000, bottled in 2014, batch #2 of 3, includes original neck tag

The eighth release in the Parker's Heritage Collection consists of three batches released at varying proofs, and made from barrels that aged the original run of distilling in 2000 that produced history's first ever Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey a few years later.

The series origin rests with Parker Beam, Heaven Hill’s famed master distiller, who wanted an annual release showcasing the distillery’s depth and breadth. Beam passed away in 2017, but the series lives on, with each year’s bottling ranking among the most anticipated American whiskey releases of the year. Ever since 2013, Heaven Hill donates a portion of proceeds from Parker's Heritage Collection sales to the ALS Association of Kentucky through the Parker Beam Promise of Hope Fund.
