Description
Parker's Heritage Collection 4th Edition "Wheated Mashbill" 124.2 Proof NV
2010 Release
The fourth release in the Parker's Heritage series consists of two cask strength bottlings made from 52 barrels totaling ~4,800 bottles that aged bourbon made using wheat as its secondary grain, as opposed to the more customary rye. This 124.2 proof bottling is the lower abv of the two, with its sister bottling being 127.8 proof.
The series origin rests with Parker Beam, Heaven Hill’s famed master distiller, who wanted an annual release showcasing the distillery’s depth and breadth. Beam passed away in 2017, but the series lives on, with each year’s bottling ranking among the most anticipated American whiskey releases of the year. Ever since 2013, Heaven Hill donates a portion of proceeds from Parker's Heritage Collection sales to the ALS Association of Kentucky through the Parker Beam Promise of Hope Fund.
1 bottle 75cl (no original packaging)
