Introduced in 2007, the Ballon Bleu de Cartier marked a distinctive evolution within Cartier’s celebrated watchmaking repertoire. Its evocative name, “Blue Balloon,” alludes to the signature blue sapphire cabochon crown, gracefully set within a curved protective bridge, giving the impression of suspension within the case.
