The present Vacheron & Constantin, Genève wristwatch is made in the Art Deco style and exemplifies an early ladies' “cocktail” wristwatch. The platinum case is set with 48 diamonds and 32 blue sapphires, while the case flank is intricately engraved with a gorgeous filigree. The black cord attachment is adorned with two unmarked white metal details, each set with five diamonds. The closure is stamped with indistinct French assay marks.
