Suspending a tetradrachm coin set in gold bezel depicting the profile of Alexander the Great with horns of Ammon, Greek goddess Athena Nikephoros seated holding a small Nike figure in her right hand to the reverse, inscribed 'MACEDONIA-LYSIMACHOS 3th cent. b.C.', to the gold neck chain.
