Composed of two rows of graduated cultured pearls alternating with gold links set with brilliant-cut diamonds, decorated with an openwork flower pavé-set with similarly-cut diamonds, enhanced with a removable brooch designed as a flower set with opal, brilliant-cut diamonds and pear-shaped emeralds.
