Suspending an ancient coin set in gold bezel depicting the profile of Constantine the Great, Sol Invictus the unconquered Romans sun god to the reverse, inscribed 'TREVIRI-CONSTANTINUS AUG. A.D. 307-337', to the black cord, a later addition, composed of gold rondelles and caps.
