注：沈文憲，史書未詳，曾用字號「完初道人」、「獨醒子」，《唐詩畫譜》中有刻其書詩。查《唐詩畫譜》出版者為黃鳳池，活動於萬曆至天啟間，為此書廣邀碩儒如董其昌、陳繼儒等書詩並雋，可知沈文憲應活

於同時。
