elongated ingot shape, all sides decorated in translucent anthracite enamel over concentric engine-turning, within opaque white bands and paillon oak leaf borders, maker's mark, 'Alaterre' rosette, the left rim numbered 2158, later control mark
length 9.2 cm; 3 5/8 in.
