At 40 years old, and on my birthday (wish I was that age again.....), an incredible nose of coffee, blueberries and deep spiciness. On the palate, the motif is a compote of plums with cinnamon - and the mocha persists. Silky smooth, refined class and with a mega Petrus punch of cherries on the finish. Maybe we caught this at its absolute apogee, but who knows with Petrus always working its wizardry. An extraordinary manifestation of Merlot. If Petrus had a voice, it would be the purring bass of Kurt Moll! Serena Sutcliffe, MW

在陳釀40年及在我生日當日（若能重返40歲就好了...），帶有一流咖啡香、藍莓及深邃辛香。酒味像糖漬布冧及肉桂，莫加咖啡味依舊。幼滑精緻，散發強烈的百特許堡櫻桃餘味。也許我們剛好品嘗了其巔峰時期，沒人想到柏翠酒莊一直陳釀這種神奇佳釀，可謂卓越無比的梅樂酒。若柏翠能高歌，便會唱出卻特摩里（Kurt Moll）一般的深沉男低音。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
