Last drunk from Imperial at La Ciau del Tornavento in Treiso. An incredible spice box nose led to tastes of vanilla pod, white truffles, brambles and cedarwood. So gummy and with so much glycerol that the tannins melt in the mouth. Luscious stuff and truly 'nostalgic'. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
