The inscription on the larger yantra transliterates as follows:
यन्त्रको ने.सं.९२७ (ई.सं.१८०७) को अभिलेख
लिपि ः नेपाललिपि भाषा ः नेपालभाषा ।
कीननारां न्वकु जयनारां
१ श्री३ आगमजुजु प्रीति ।। संवत् ९२७ मिति वैशाख शुक्र १०, ज्येष्ठ थाकारि, नकिं भिंख्वार कुरवा १० प्रमुखं, न्हापायागु हनाओ
दयका जुर शुभ ।।
भाषान्तर ः संवत् ९२७ वैशाख शुक्ल १० मा, ज्येष्ठ थकाली नकिं (थकालीकी पत्नी), कीननारां (कृष्णनारायण) न्वकु (गुठीका उपप्रमुख) नयनारां भिंख्वार, कुरवा(?)१० प्रमुखले पहिलेको मरम्मत गरी बनाएर श्री३ आगमजुजुलाई प्रीति गरी चढाइयो ।
In the inscriptions it is stated that:
'In the praise of the Shree three esoteric deities, The wife (i.e. थकाली नकिं) of the main person (i.e. ज्येष्ठ थकाली) named Krishna Naraya (i.e. कीननारां); who is in charge of the guthi (social organization) renovated the special ritual container engraved with yantra related to the special esoteric ritual and offered to the shree three esoteric deities of the particular temple in Nepal Sambat 127, month Baisak sukla 10 (which according to English calendar is 1807).

टिप्पणी ः शैव शाक्त तान्त्रिक परम्परामा, तान्त्रिक पुजा अनुष्ठान, उपासनाका लागि सम्बद्ध तान्त्रिक देवतालाई आव्हान गरी पुजा उपासनकाका लागि आगममा सम्बद्ध गुठीका दीक्षाधारीहरूद्वारा प्रयोगमा ल्याइने विशेष यन्त्र/पुजावस्तु
This translates as:
'This special yantra or ritual instrument is used to invoke a particular deity of Shiva/ Shakta tantric order for esoteric ritual or worship. The deity is invoked by the initiated one, only who is in charge of particular a guthi ( or the social organization related in taking care of the rituals, festivals, maintenance etc.) related to the Newar temple, viharas etc.
