Compare a similar dish with two cranes, illustrated by Zenta, Tokyo, in their 10th anniversary catalogue, p. 23; and another sold at Christie’s London, 12th June 1989, lot 221. A related shonzui hariki dish of this large size and shape with a similar border and underside was included in Kosometsuke and Shonzui, Marchant, London, 2024, cat. no. 48.
