circular, the lid of the smoky quartz body applied with the rose-cut diamond-set interlaced initials LL, outer jewelled borders, the baluster sides further applied with rose-cut diamond flowerheads centred with rubies, apparently unmarked apart from Paris 3ème titre 1838-1919, resting on a square black jasper plinth applied with a gold plaque engraved with an inscription reading: 'Petite boite en topaze / authentique / de la Maison Royale / de Louis XV', the base signed M. Buccellati, Italy, further struck 18K,
