perhaps Paris or Attis, the youth turned to his left, his centrally parted wavy hair falling in drilled spiral curls over the temples and surmounted by a Phrygian cap with ends tied in a bow on the crown, long spiral curls falling over the nape of the neck

Said to have been excavated in Crete and brought to England in 1870;
