In 2021, this has moved to being classic, winey and full of volume, a great food Champagne whereas, when it was younger, it was more aperitif style. Brioche, almonds, fine-textured and yet with the weight of its extra time on the lees. Serious stuff. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
