Pinot Noir 53%, Chardonnay 47%. In 2023, and on my birthday as DP is my idea of a present, an overwhelming white flowers and toast bouquet, infused with notes of orange. Full, now very rich and vanillin, with a very different texture in comparison with the ultra finesse of the 2022. Brown wholemeal breadcrumbs! This sings so sweetly, with real body, volume and vinosity that has grown perceptibly with bottle age. Magisterial. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

53%黑皮諾，47%莎當妮。2018年品嚐，美妙的山楂香氣中夾雜一股青檸清香。入口是全然的雅致蜂蜜氣息，甜美可人，散發難以抵擋的誘惑。渾然一體，收結盡是榛子和檸檬香。此酒雖然會以 Dom Perignon 的方式漸入佳境，但是現時享用也未嘗不可。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
