55% Sémillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc. (This is almost the 'image' of the vineyard planting). In 2013, a gingerbread bouquet and richer than the elegant Laville 2008 on the nose. An opulent, imposing wine on the palate, full of gingery spiciness, honey and treacle. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
