Description

“Padparadscha” is the Sinhalese word for lotus blossom and is used to describe rare sapphires that combine pink and orange hues in their coloration.  This ring features a 2.25 carat Madagascan padparadscha with no indications of heating. The stone is a lovely shade of slightly pinkish orange and is mounted in an understated bezel setting that emphasizes the elegant lines of its step-cut shape.
