Sotheby’s is proud to offer this 2011 Masters Tournament Flag signed by champion Charl Schwartzel, celebrating one of the most thrilling and memorable final rounds in Augusta National history. The 2011 Masters marked Schwartzel’s first major championship victory.

Held at the fabled Augusta National Golf Club in April 2011, the tournament concluded with a dramatic Sunday that saw multiple players, including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Adam Scott, and Jeff Ogilvy vie for the coveted Green Jacket. In the midst of the pressure, Schwartzel delivered an extraordinary finish—birdieing the final four holes to claim the title with a score of 274 (−14), two strokes ahead of his nearest competitors. 

The lot is accompanied by a photograph of Schwartzel inside the frame and a letter from James Spence Authentication in regards to the signature.
