In March 2023, Nike and Tiffany & Co. collaborated to release the highly sought-after Nike x Tiffany & Co. Air Force 1. Paying homage to the brand’s heritage, the shoe was produced using premium materials, including Tiffany’s .925 silver on the back of the shoe.

To mark the occasion, a one-of-one shoebox was created—handmade entirely from .925 sterling silver. Weighing 23 pounds, the piece was crafted in Tiffany’s historic hollowware workshop in Rhode Island, where the jeweler continues to produce its most iconic trophies.

Built over 155 hours, the box was shaped through traditional silversmithing methods: raw silver was bent, cut, polished, and etched to achieve its mirror-like finish and to reveal a subtle Nike Swoosh. The result was a highly indulgent artifact, designed to amplify the collaboration’s sense of rarity and refinement.

In 2023, a representative for Tiffany told Highsnobiety that the shoebox is a one-of-one, and its price was only "available upon request". Additionally, the article reports that the shoebox was purchased by a private investor almost immediately. Its price was never publicly disclosed.
