Michael Jackson’s passport photos and accompanying completed application form, signed by Jackson.
Offered with REAL Letter of Authenticity.
Jackson lost his passport in 1994 and had to apply for a replacement. The present is his application package, offering the completed original form with the original four-image Polaroid photographs.
