UK British Quad poster, unfolded, linen backed, unframed: 30 x 40 in. (76 x 102 cm).
United Artists produced three different posters for the British poster campaign. A first advance that featured very minimal artwork, a second advance that featured a little more, and then this final one with the full artwork and credits.
Original British posters on this Beatles film are the most sought-after on the title.
This animated musical fantasy was inspired by the song Yellow Submarine by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The animation features songs by The Beatles. The Beatles appear as animated characters in the film, with their voices being done by other actors, until the final scene, when their real voices are used.
