Italian Quattro Fogli poster, linen backed, matted and framed: 78 ⅝ x 56 ⅛ in. (199.7 x 142.5 cm).
Unframed dimensions: 77.5 x 55 in. (196.8 x 140 cm)

Averardo Ciriello designed by far the best looking poster on this wonderful 40s classic film. This poster was printed in two sheets and designed to be pasted onto billboards. Therefore only unused examples survived.
The present example is exceptionally rare—to-date this is only the second example to have surfaced in over 20 years.
This wonderful musical was a remake of the 1941 film The Philadelphia Story, starring Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Grace Kelly and Louis Armstrong. The film has a timeless soundtrack by Cole Porter, including High Society, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Now You Has Jazz.
