These 'Rising Stars Edition’ shorts were issued to Matas Buzelis on February 14, 2025, during the Rising Stars Semifinals when Team M played Team G League, however, due to the provenance, we believe they are likely worn.
Buzelis finished with 4 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. Team M lost to Team G League, 40-39.
Matas Buzelis was the 11th overall pick in the 1st round of the 2024 NBA Draft out of the NBA G League Ignite. During his time with G League Ignite, Buzelis averaged 14.1 points per game, 6.6 rebounds per game, and 1.9 assists per game.
Buzelis grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and will be joining his hometown team, the Chicago Bulls in the 2024-2025 season. With Buzelis’ size and feel for the game he will undoubtedly be an explosive playmaker on both sides of the ball for the exciting, young Bulls team.
