Description

NIKE, NIKE MESH JERSEY, SIZE 50 (+4 LENGTH)

MESH

This away ‘Icon Edition’ jersey was worn in the 1st Half by Kevin Durant on October 21, 2025, during the NBA Tip-Off, when the Houston Rockets played the Oklahoma City Thunder. This was the first jersey worn by Kevin Durant for the Houston Rockets in the NBA regular season.

Kevin Durant’s first points as a Rocket came early, throwing down a two-handed jam in transition. He put on a clinic in the mid-range, helping propel Houston to an early lead. He finished with 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists. The Slim Reaper’s efficient scoring wasn’t enough for the Rockets to overcome, however, as the Thunder outlasted them, 125–124.

Going Deeper | Kevin Durant

A 2-time NBA champion and the 2014 MVP, Kevin Durant has long been considered one of the best basketball players in the world. The Washington, D.C. native and University of Texas standout has enjoyed successful stints with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, and now with the Houston Rockets across 18 NBA seasons.

Nicknamed ‘The Slim Reaper,' Durant is often considered one of the best pure scorers in the NBA thanks to his silky smooth jumper and uncanny ability to attack the rim. He has led the league in scoring on four occasions including a career-high 32 points per game during his MVP season in the 2013-14 season.

Kevin Durant was the 2nd overall pick in the 1st round of the 2007 NBA Draft and was voted the 2007-08 Rookie of the Year. At the time of cataloging, he has career averages of 27.2 points per game, 6.9 rebounds per game, and 4.4 assists per game.

The future Hall of Famer joined the Houston Rockets in what many around the league have called the largest trade in NBA history in terms of total players (13) and teams (7) involved. His arrival gives the 2025–2026 Rockets sky-high aspirations, pairing elite length and versatility on both ends of the floor. His veteran scoring presence should blend seamlessly with the team’s abundance of youth and defensive upside.

Durant is a 15-time All-Star, 2-time NBA Finals MVP, 6-time All-NBA 1st Team selection, and a member of the 75th Anniversary Team.
