Introduced for the 2025–26 NBA season, the Trophy Patch is a new symbol of recognition worn only once during each honoree’s first game of the year. Positioned above the Nike Swoosh, the patch mirrors the design of the player’s award trophy, marking the first time individual achievements have been celebrated directly on-court. Only 35 special Trophy Patches were issued league-wide.

This away ‘Icon Edition’ jersey features the All-NBA Third Team Patch and was worn by James Harden on October 22, 2025, during the Kia NBA Tip-Off, when the Los Angeles Clippers played the Utah Jazz.

Harden recorded a double-double, finishing with 15 points, 2 rebounds, and 11 assists. The Clippers lost to the Jazz, 129-108.
