Norman Powell ‘NBA All-Star’ Prototype Practice Jersey

This 'NBA All-Star Edition’ prototype practice jersey was issued for Norman Powell for the 2025 All-Star practice on February 15, 2025. Although Powell was not ultimately selected as a participant in the All-Star Game, this practice jersey was made by the NBA as a prototype before the All-Star roster was decided.

Norman Powell was drafted with the 16th pick in the 2nd round of the 2015 NBA Draft out of the University of California, Los Angeles. At the time of cataloging, he has career averages of 13.2 points per game, 2.7 rebounds per game, and 1.5 assists per game.
