八八青餅是普洱茶界公認的經典傳奇，亦是歷年升值潛力最高的普洱老茶之一。八八青餅，又名"發發" 青餅，是指勐海茶廠於1988年至1991年期間所生產的7542青餅。八八青餅選用勐海茶廠的7542配方，而這個配方是當時勐海茶廠所有配方茶之中，生產數量最大及技術最成熟的，故此7542配方在勐海茶廠中是最品質穩定及市場上認受性最高的一款配方茶。
此拍品為萍果綠版本，品相良好。經30餘年的乾倉陳化，香氣純正持久，帶梅子香、花香、樟香等花果韻，香氣剛強而純正；湯色紅濃透澈如琥珀；滋味濃醇回甘，生津持久，其轉化潛力大，別具傳奇色彩的標竿茶。
