Château Ducru Beaucaillou 2019
St. Julien, 2ème Cru Classé
Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot 20%. In 2022, this has just the greatest scent, complex and with all the red and black fruits amalgamated. The extraordinary way it fills the mouth is impressive, with perfect composition all through. Great tannins but their silkiness is superb. Glorious chewiness and stunning opulence. This hits a new level.
