Reference 6241 was produced approximately from 1966 to 1969. Scholars estimate that no more than 3,000 pieces were made during its production period, with only a small fraction featuring the highly coveted “Paul Newman” dial.
Among those few 6241s equipped with the Paul Newman dial, an even smaller number remain in exceptionally preserved condition. The Paul Newman dials of references 6239 and 6241 are renowned for their three-dimensional quality, featuring a strong step between the outer track and the central dial area.
Recently serviced by the renowned Rolex Atelier de Restauration, this timepiece has been restored to optimal condition while preserving its authenticity and historical integrity. This exceptional piece represents a rare opportunity and would make a prestigious addition to any serious watch collection.
