Patek Philippe’s World Time reference 5130 was produced between 2006 and 2016 as a replacement for the reference 5110, which had a 2mm smaller case.
Fitted within a sleek and dynamic Calatrava case, the reference 5130 features a ring-shaped hour hand, inheriting the design of early World Time models. The well-ordered outer ring marks the names of 24 different cities, each representing a different time zone with hours indicated by the inner ring. A simple press on the pusher at 10 o’clock activates the World Time’s spectacular mechanism, promoting the time forward for one hour while shifting the city of reference, allowing the user to change their local time at ease while retaining the ability to track the time from a different zone.
