The 5270 was launched at Basel Fair 2011 and inherits the merits of its previous model, the 5970. It houses the calibre CH29-535 PS Q which was the brand's first very own in-house perpetual calendar chronograph movement. Continuing the traditional design of its perpetual calendars, the leap year and day and night indications are now moved to 4 and 8 o'clock on the dial, giving the watch a more modern appeal. The present example is housed in white gold, which gives it a very noble sheen.
