From a young age, Georges-Édouard Piaget harbored a deep passion for watchmaking. At just 19 years old in 1874, he established his first workshop on the family farm, where he focused on crafting high-precision movements and components. By 1959, Piaget unveiled its first "Salon Piaget" in Geneva, a welcoming space designed to showcase the brand's creativity and expertise. Here, Piaget displayed its inaugural luxury jewelry creations alongside its refined timepieces. Geneva also became the home of Piaget's ateliers, specializing in goldsmithing and gem-setting, allowing the Maison to master every detail of producing exquisite pieces.

Named the Galaxy, the contrast between the baguette-cut diamonds and the sleek, space-black dial evokes the brilliance and vastness of the cosmos.
