Case: 18k pink gold bassine-style case numbered 229811, cuvette engraved No. 111879 Patek Philippe & Cie. Genève, pendant with button for start/stop and return, pusher between 10 and 11 o'clock for split seconds, chronograph lock slide at 11 o'clock
