Designed as posies of Edelweiss set with brilliant-cut diamonds, suspending detachable cushion-shaped spinel pendants weighing 4.38 and 3.92 carats respectively, signed Cartier, numbered, maker’s mark for Cartier, French and Swiss assay marks for gold, post and hinged back fittings.

Accompanied SSEF report no. 100559, dated 11 June 2018, stating that the spinels are of Tajik origin, with no indications of treatment; together with a copy of an original Cartier invoice and a Cartier certificate of origin, each dated 12 July 2019, original Cartier documents stating that the pair of earrings was executed as a special order in 2018 and a copy of an original Cartier design.
