Diamond Sautoir

The detachable pendant featuring a circular-cut diamond weighing 13.70 carats and a brilliant-cut diamond weighing 8.97 carats swing-set within a graduated frame of geometric design set with old European-cut diamonds, enhanced with rose-cut diamonds, from a sautoir composed of geometric links set throughout with similarly shaped diamonds, the front collet-set with an old mine-cut diamond, length approximately 840mm, maker’s marks for Rubel Frères and Barraud-Martorelli, French assay marks for platinum and gold; circa 1927.

Accompanied by GIA reports no. 2231720668, and no. 1232720811, each dated 8 October 2025, stating that the diamond weighing 13.70 carats is Y to Z Range Colour, VS1 Clarity, and that the diamond weighing 8.97 carats is Q to R Range Colour, VS2 Clarity.
