Sapphire, ruby, emerald and diamond brooch, circa 1980 and later

Featuring a sugarloaf cabochon sapphire weighing 14.65 carats, to a slightly bombé kite-shaped mount featuring collet-set step-cut emeralds, claw-set oval rubies, and pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Cartier London, numbered.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 145396, dated 25 March 2025, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
