72% Pinot Noir (including 5% of still red), 28% Chardonnay. Dosage 7 g/l, lees ageing 10 years. In 2020, this is just so fresh and yet with Bollinger vinosity at its base. Inspite of the Pinot Noir dominance, the Chardonnay comes through in a delightful way - the best of both worlds.
