Bottled two weeks before tasting, but already the full, black cherry flavour is very evident on the palate - I have a weakness for black cherries since, as a very greedy teenager, I discovered Swiss black cherry jam, to be spread on warm bread rolls!!! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
