Description
Château Mouton Rothschild 1995
Pauillac, 1er Cru Classé
Levels into the neck, scuffed labels
Label Artist: Antoni Tàpies
Cabernet Sauvignon 72%, Merlot 19%, Cabernet Franc 9%. 95% went into the grand vin, which is admirable. In 2025, incredibly berryish and rich on the nose, with heathery notes. Luscious and brilliant on the palate, with a touch of sweetness at the end, denoting more Merlot than usual. Finishes with Mouton's strong definition. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
