70% Sauvignon, 30% Sémillon. In 2022, this has glorious silkiness and lemony/limey qualities, immensely stylish and alluring. Pure heaven now, but this is a true keeper in the white Domaine de Chevalier tradition. And there are not many vinous traditions better than this!
