Introduced in 2001, the Patek Philippe ref. 5134 replaced the ref. 5034, offering a 37mm dual-time watch that retained the reliable manually wound 215 PS movement while presenting a fresh, modern interpretation of the case and dial. The dial strikes a perfect balance, with a seconds sub-dial elegantly positioned at 6 o’clock beneath the 24-hour indicator. Its intuitive pushers on the left also allow travelers to effortlessly adjust the additional hour hand for quick time zone changes.
This yellow gold example features an elegant white dial adorned with Breguet numerals and feuille hands, achieving a harmonious blend of modernity and classic appeal. Discontinued in 2008, the ref. 5134 remains a true collector’s piece.
